Poor service- I order one dang sausage burrito. I gave them $10.20 for a $2.18 charge. I got $7.92 back in change. The lady did not speak much English so I tried to get it straightened out at the next window and an argument ensued. I was told 3 times I got the correct change. Finally I was handed $8 dollars and told to go. Still missing 2 cents. I know it is not a lot, but I still got the wrong change and a whole bunch of attitude from the employees there. Will be going to another site in North Overland Park. Not as much grief and the burritos are only $2.06.

This used to be my go to McDonald's around here. I don't know what happened but within the past month or so everytime I go something is messed up or I wait in line for 20 minutes. The food is still good but the service is off, sometimes they don't read back your order and then at the window you have to tell them 20 times what you ordered, it is a mess. Orders are all messed up, pease fix this

What happened to McDonald's. My son and I went to lunch. $30.00. I left. No way will I pay that price for a restaurant that attacks children. Not a lot of parents can afford to take a whole family. Really sad that children like Ronald McDonald. Think about kids again. Sucks

Food took 10 min at the window, and they messed up the sandwiches. Didn't add the cheese. They also stopped serving lunch items an hour earlier than advertised. This location is known for terrible service.
