We had an awesome time here. The manager and bartender were great. Speedy service, friendly, and very accommodating for our group. The new video area is very nice, clean, modern, and we enjoyed the music videos on the huge projectors!

We went in for a birthday celebration. The snack bar guy was being very rude to the adults ordering food but once he was rude to one of the kids we said something. The guy started yelling at us so him and my son had a huge shouting match which almost became physical. I ran to get the manager and he honestly just didn't seem to care even though a fight was about to break out. The next day I went back to talk to the owner because the workers told us this stuff happens all the time with this particular worker. The owner wouldn't even look at me, he kept pretending to be busy on the register. He said the manager didn't care because he was retiring that week. He took my number down and said he'd call me in a couple days after talking to all the workers and watching the camera. Well I still haven't heard from him and that happened in February. I didn't want a refund, I didn't need free games ... I just wanted an apology and to know that the worker was dealt with after snatching something from a child and calling me out of my name. An apology, that's it.

Took my grandson bowling had a great time the price was right included shoe rental 10 bucks all we could bowl awesome.

I have been coming here for past couple months to do a lessons with youth bowlers. The prices for the bowling are fair. The place is well kept. However, the guy behind the counter doesn’t look very excited to be there, but I don’t blame him. He also looks like he is the mechanic on duty. We haven’t had to many break downs, a ball return here or there. The lanes are oiled quite often, but back ends are clearly not stripped. It’s also tough to pay 4$+ for a soda.nnThe hours during COVID have been unclear, different on website, google, front door, voicemail. Atleast they’re open and oiled! Overall a good time when open
