I chose Parlor to do my hair/makeup for my engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding and I'm so happy I did. They were all so wonderful to work with and accommodating. The day of the wedding they allowed my wedding party to bring in breakfast food and had a bottle of champagne and juice/soft drinks for us. They did each bridesmaids hair and makeup and everyone loved it, including my bridal hair and makeup which I was in love with! So happy I chose them for hair & make-up. I will definitely be going back anytime I need a blowout!

I went in yesterday for a free blowout to assist in the training of a new blow-dry stylist and I will definitely be going back! While you could tell the woman was still training (it was her first day), it was great to see such hands-on training and they still made sure I felt good when I left. It's not something I can afford to do regularly but I will go back before important events, since it's quick, and the results last - my hair still looks great today. I loved that they asked me a lot of questions on how I wanted my hair to look. I'm a bit picky and I appreciated the effort they put into making sure that what I was looking for in a style was achieved.

I went to have an updo for a wedding a couple of weeks ago, and it was my first time there. Pearl was my stylist and she did a great job. I showed her a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. It lasted all day through the heat and humidity and all night through the dancing! I will definitely be back if I need styling done for any events in KC. Location was really nice and all of the staff were very friendly. Price was appropriate.

Perla did my hair (dry style) this weekend for engagement photos... and holy cow. I didn't even know if was possible for my hair to look that fabulous. She got everything right - the volume, curls, my bangs... I will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area. Thank you!! (Will come back and upload a photo after we get our pictures back!)
