Typical Kansas City Shell gas station. HorriblennClue number one... when I pulled into the parking lot and there were two to three inches of ice and snow three days after the snowstorm I should've known things weren't going to go well.nnClue number two should have been the stream of each or so receipts hanging out of the pump from previous failed transactions.nnAfter inserting my card and starting to put it in my wallet the pump told me to reinsert it. My second attempt greeted me with a message to see the attendant.nnWorking my way across the parking lot. I finally reached the safety of the sidewalk only to be greeted by an attendant who didn't understand anything I was saying.nnHe DID understand when I asked him if they forgot to call a snow plow, but his answer was just a smile and he shrugged his shoulders.nnI'll give another Shell station a chance since I've got a $0.30 off per gallon promo from T-Mobile Tuesdays to redeem.

The guy running the register was playing on his phone and was too rude to look up and assist me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t want to bother the cashier.
