I had no idea who or where to go for dress alterations, but I saw online, that people recommend Janay. I am so glad I did. I loved her energy and you can tell she’s knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I procrastinated on getting alterations done, but she was able to squeeze me in and have my dress finished in plenty of time. She was affordable and even purchased the jeweled belt from me that we removed from my dress, as I didn’t plan to wear it.

My daughter and I had An appointment with this shop today. Completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and overall snobby attitude we were given. The snarky comments were so disappointing making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Which is very unfortunate because she had some very beautiful dresses. Would definitely not recommend!

I had a really great experience with this bridal shop! I went to three different stores looking for my dress, and this one definitely stood out as one of the best in terms of customer service, quality of dresses, and overall cleanliness and hominess of the shop. My mom was visiting for the weekend and I really wanted to get in on a certain day to look at dresses, Janay was fully booked but called me when she had a cancellation and we were able to get in. She spent almost 3 hours with us, she had so many beautiful dresses to pick from the time went by so fast! She was so sweet and I can tell she's very passionate about her work, I was very impressed and loved this experience!nnWhile I wasn't able to find my dress there, I would definitely go back to Janay for alterations on my dress next year, I fully trust her with that. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique, and reasonably priced dress.
