I haven’t went to Starbucks for two years and then today I decided to take my mom there to spend some time with her we ordered our drinks after we got our drinks we we were standing at the table not even sitting and we took a sip out of our drinks just to see if we need to add sugar or not . We were there for seconds not even a min . When we realized that we don’t need to add sugar we decided to leave among grabbing my purse the cashier came over to us to kick us out and gave me a speech of how we aren’t supposed to dine in even though we weren’t and we clearly saw the signs. But she assumed we didn’t speak English . Just FYI I am a brown person and a police officer . I’m just wandering if a white person was there and they did the same thing as we did would they get kicked out also or is it just because we are brown ???

In order to stop the spread of Covid, washing your hands is one of the most important things you can do, but your restrooms are closed in an open establishment that serves food. Please tell me you have easy access for your employees to wash their hands. And not just that, they say the restrooms are closed due to Covid but yet there are more than 30 plus people standing in the small open square that wasn’t closed waiting on their coffee, that literally a nurse came in to get her coffee and couldn’t find a place to stand 6 ft from anyone else. Makes no sense.

I have worked on the plaza for 8 years so I am a longtime customer of this Starbucks. Eric has been the manager for a few years and he is the best. He very quickly learned my name as I am a frequent mobile orderer, and always says hi to me and my coworkers if he sees us walking around the plaza.nOne downside to the plaza is that there are quite a few people aggressively asking for money, and having worked down here for so long I recognize many of them. Today as my coworker and I were leaving a couple yelled at us while we were still by the door, we decided to go back inside and wait for them to pass. Eric noticed and immediately went out to ask them to leave and the escorted us across the street to ensure they didn’t bother us again. He really went above and beyond and we appreciated it so much. It made my day!

I got a Peppermint Mocha Frappachino... Loved it!! The standard corporate garnish is dark chocolate shavings. I talked them into adding red sprinklie sprinkles... Made it look a little more like Christmas. I love Peppermint Mocha Season!!
