Starbucks

The nice thing about Starbucks is that they are very consistent. The bad thing is that their coffee is just okay and tastes a bit burnt to me. So I tend to go to local places like KC Roasterie for good coffee. But I had a gift card and this location was nice and every one seemed c19 compliant.

Quick, kind, delicious. Beware not all guests are wearing masks once seated.

I'm black an the minute a rap song came on the radio they wanted to ask me who it was, that's fine and dandy. The guava drink I got tastes like just milk with nothing else added and my wife's coffee was also watered down.. Then they filled both to the top with ice.

Despite their hours being listed as open til 6pm and NO signage anywhere to contradict those hours, they are closed at 4:55pm. When I call they tell me they close at 5pm on Sundays now. Guess they decided to close up early and get home? Pretty disappointing. Not the Starbucks experience I was hoping to have.

One of the coolest Starbucks I've been to and the cut customer service is really good. The people that work there are nice and easy to get along with.
