This community center is amazing! Zach, who runs it is super helpful and flexible and the amenities are great! We needed to switch venues for an event last minute due to no air conditioning and it being too hot at our original location and Zach and HJ's were super accommodating! Beautiful space as well!
Wow! We ran into this lovely find on the way to Brookside Art Fair today. It's actually an outreach of the Episcopal Church across the street. This center offers event space, weekday fitness classes, and a respite to walkers on the Trolley Trail, perpendicular to this small modern building.nOff the trail on HJ's back patio, brightly-colored Adirondack chairs beckon anyone to sit and relax. A bicycle fix-it station is there, too, along with water fountains for bottles, people, and dogs.nEvery weekday and Saturday morning, the public is invited to stop in and have a snack and beverage-- coffee, tea, or ice water.
My class reunion was held here. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. I could barely tell that it was a youth center. It appeared more like an event center.
Great local community center coffee shop and rental venue. Very up to date.
I stopped in one Sunday morning to watch the 10:15 service on live stream. The coffee was hot, there was the option of a latte, pastries were available. Even an option for glutton free. There is a jar, which is there for a donation amount of your choosing. Very welcoming atmosphere. I even felt comfortable working on my laptop.
