Slow. I managed to take a 20 minute nap while waiting in the drive through.
My favorite Starbucks in the KC Metro area. Super friendly staff, and they always make sure I have soy due to my dietary restrictions.
Ordered ahead through app but by the time we reached, drive through line was never ending. Spent about 15 minutes in queue. I asked for dragon drink instead I got lemonade although my cup said dragon drink. Had to wait couple more minutes to get it right.nnNo matter the time in entire day, this location is always full of capacity and getting coffee in less than 15 minutes seems dreamy. I wish they hire more employees.
My #1 go-to coffee place!!
Hot chocolate took 5 mins to make with an empty lobby. Worse when tasted it tasted like watered down gunk. #Disappointed
