Update: Nothing has changed, it's like take my money and throw whatever strikes you in a bag, every freaking time!... Ridiculous! Don't know who these people are giving 4 and 5 star reviews but it's obviously not the customers.

This used to be the best but now it’s the worst. Really slow. Soda is not calibrated right. The employees are not happy to be there obviously. I want the old workers back. My order is very seldom right. Very disappointed in how bad it has gotten.

Went to get two Big Macs because the chiefs got a sack yesterday. The woman in the Drive-Thru would not honor the promotion. She said the chiefs did not get a sack yesterday. I showed her that they did and she still argued with me. I understand mistakes happen but when you are clearly wrong, admit it and honor the promotion. Otherwise take down all of the advertising outside of your restaurant for this promotion.

Clean restaurant, but staff wasn't very friendly. Lady at the counter taking our order did not display good customer service. Too bad I didn't get her name. Older Caucasian woman with short, curly hair wearing a purple shirt. She did not ask me what size I wanted my order. She did not ask me if I wanted cream & sugar for my coffee. She did not ask me if I wanted condiments for for food. I usually don't have issues with this location.
