I was referred to Derrick Simms by someone I trust. Despite that contact introducing us via email, it took several calls to get Derrick to respond to the email. When he did, we set an appointment for today at 10am. 10am came, and he blew me off. He wasn't in the office and didn't answer my phone call or emails until 10:40 am, when he provided several excuses for missing our appointment. I elected to go elsewhere as I am not going to work with someone that can't either honor an appointment or notify me in advance that something came up so I don't take time out of my day waiting to talk with him.
