If you're a beginner or expert this is a perfect put in point for kayaking. No big boats so no wakes, pretty sheltered. Lots of park ranger presence so your vehicle is fairly safe while you're out. Under the bridge and there's 4 different creeks that come together. Miles of calm water to investigate. Love this place!
Great spot for kayaking, either recreationally or fishing. Head north under the bridge for some peace and solitude.
Nice place to hike, bird watch, fish and kayak (on Hillsdale Lake).
