Disappointed with their services. We hired legal assistance because we thought they can help us and they will appear in court on behalf of my husband. My husband can hardly speak English and also we're not from that area. We paid the amount in full a month before the hearing. My husband tried his best to keep in touch with the assigned attorney. But we never heard anything. He was told that the lawyer will keep touch base with him before the date of his appearance and will get the necessary information from him. There were several times that my husband tried to contact the office and the assigned attorney but we never heard anything even an email. Yesterday, two days after his appearance we received an email from the team that they apologized that the prosecutor that handle his case could not amend my husband speeding ticket if the speed is over 15+. His speed was 47 on a 30 mph highway.. he was in a rush because he needed to deliver the goods on time... and also I have learned that NO ONE APPEARS on his behalf and explaining that they were trying in contact with him through phone but he could not be reached.... excuses for the negligence on their part. Also, the amount that we paid for their poor service will not be refunded. I am disappointed with their unprofessionalism.
