The owners are real nice. Rates are reasonable. Full hookups, WiFi, some cable local channels and laundry room.nnWe were there for 2 weeks, no maintenance done to the area, certain areas were mow. Not around the trailers parking areas.nnThe bathrooms, & laundry room, area the grass was so tall around it.nnThe owner had a sign stating in laundry room clean on a regular bases due to the coronavirus.nnI wash three times, everytime, I had to clean them before used and sanitized them.nnTrash can was never empty...

Needed a late night stop. Called in and owner was very helpful. Pulled in and pull out. Was a easy hookup. Will definitely use again.
