I stayed one month while working in the county. Nice and private. No amenities, just water, electric and sewer. Permanent residents didn't cause any problems nor the temporary residents. Owner was helpful and friendly. Campsites could use a little leveling and clean up. Price was higher than some in the area (within 30 miles), but nice to have a 10 minute drive back to the camper after a 12 hour day. I would use them again.

It's a great option for a small town.nThere are a few hook ups and we pulled in a 40 foot diesel pusher and had to problems.nThe place is fill owned and very nice.nThere is a few trailers in the back of the property.

Nice place but no sign's telling us when we got there it needs to be marked better and phone no. On sign.
