Fall River State Park

Very nice lake. Lots of trees around the camping area. Not very crowded on the lake - lots of room for skiing and quiet coves for fishing. Cellphone service is spotty. No marina or docking area for boats.

After dark the shower house has a lot of bugs but its good otherwise.

What a beautiful campground. Our 8 and 9 year olds spent every possible second climbing around on the rocks and exploring. Lots of trees available for hammock camping and nice flat areas for tents.

We camp at the COE damsute at site 19. Level site with nice shade. Fished below the dam and caught some nice White Bass. We camped with a travel trailer.

I enjoyed Fall River State park. The dam was fun to walk around. People were friendly. A little bit of everything someone would want for a quiet get away.
