Starbucks

They stay busy but with good reason. Their customer service is on point. If a mistake is made they fix I fast and efficiently with accommodation when available. We have traveled all over with the military and I will have to say that this is the best starbucks we have ever been to! Thank you Junction City Starbucks team for being so awesome and making my day.

Good drinks but a little slow through drive thru.

Friendly service but I’ve never been to a slower Starbucks in my life.

The location itself is great! The staff is always upbeat & friendly and the drinks are wonderful. I would say the only downfall is the location tends to get busy at times & the wait time is abnormal. They should of made the Junction City store a stand alone location to accommodate the poorly made drive thru area & to keep up with the amount of business. It would benefit them & the customers.

I came in today to get the Jade Citrus Mint tea with four honey packets but the thing is I didn't get the honey packets I got the honey syrup and well I'm slightly allergic to it so I can tell when it's wrong. I've been to many different Starbucks and I've never had this problem except with this location. Do you not carry honey packets? I'll probably just go to Scooters coffee from now on they are faster and get my order right
