Several children on the trip. They really enjoyed the ride.
Took daughter to ride the polar Express experience in Baldwin and this was a stop.
It was fun except for the heavy rain
We visited the area on the Midland Train for the Peanuts Easter train ride and Easter egg hunt out of Baldwin City. It was a very fun time for the little kids.
Small and secluded campground located next to railroad tracks and backs up to a hedge row. Hedge row provides lots of shade. The tracks are not very busy except on the weekend for the Kansas Belle, for which is their turnaround. There are fire pits and restrooms. Looks like they have some expansion projects for shelters.
