McDonald's

Drive through extremely slow. Fist window was closed so second window did everything. My big Mac was totally cold, one buyer was nearly off the buns as well as the cheese. Folded the cheese over to get it on the bun, lettuce was not fresh by any means. Highlight of my visit was the caramel latte which is better than Starbucks. I could see everyone working hard so don't know what was going on within the store.

We waited in line for 20 min. Then got to the window and we sat there another 10 minutes, because they messed our order up not once, not twice but 3x's!! 2 customers that were behind us were so upset they left!! Then they handed us our order, it was completely wrong!! Minus 2 large drinks and 2 large fries!! I will never ever go back there!! They need help!!! Desperately!! I never write reviews like this. This was so bad!!

Great customer service, friendly, and very quick. Great coffee and fresh ud83cudf4e pies.

Food was ok but wasnt hot and was sloppyly made. I know its fast food but it could of been made like they cared.

Went thru the drive thru of course. Lines were long but went quick.ordering was quick and accurate no repeatedly repeating what what you were ordering.got to the Pick up window after paying friendly and efficient and accurate for McDonald's not much you could ask for except a few extra napkins .lol good JobnOttawa Ks mcDonalds.ud83dude03
