Gordmans

I went in to exchange a Christmas gift that was the wrong size. I had actually been in one time earlier because I was trying to exchange the gift I got for the same thing at that time they told me how much the amount was that I could exchange it for, and I looked in that store for over an hour with no help and I had asked for help and got frustrated and left! I then came back approximately 3 weeks later, and again asked for the same thing help to locate the item to exchange it for the correct size again they were no help so finally I gave up and looked for something that was comparable in cost so they could just if nothing else exchanges straight across no problems! When I got to the checkout the item that I was exchanging had cost $15.99 the new item I had found to exchange it for was $12.99 not only did they not exchange it straight across I had to pay an additional $1.95 even though the item that I had picked out was approximately a little over $2 cheaper! I was very frustrated and I started to become angry so instead of blowing up in the store I chose to go ahead and pay the $1.95 extra and I told him that I would not be back to that store! I also found that out that out-of-the the two employees that were there to make the exchange, one of them was a manager! I could not get a straight answer as to why I would have to pay more money when the item I exchanged for was a little over $2 less! Needless to say I will never go back to that store and I will tell the people I know about the issues that I've had there! I do not recommend that store to any one!!!!!

You have to dig around to find what you want, but the prices were really good. If something isn’t priced, the employees tell you to find a different piece of clothing in the same brand which is strange. I got two shirts at a great price though.

This store is one of the most messy, dirty and chaotic stores I've ever been in. It's hard to understand how employees, managers and above have little to zero care about its condition. I LOVE Gordmans!! I have been in several different ones. The Dodge City location is an extreme disappointment. The lack of care is blatantly obvious and it's sad because most Gordmans stores are amazing! Has someone from corporate ever stepped foot in this place since it opened!?

There is good variety of products. However, it's so disorganized it is easy to lose patience looking for something you may want. Needs to be better organized.

Horrible experience with the employees. They were very rude.
