I went into Longs for some new footwear. The sales help was great. They answered all of my questions and gave honest opinions of the product they sell. They spent extra time helping me find exactly what I needed. Customer service is very important at Longs.

My wife and I went in to get me a pair of boots. we went to the back, {note. I've been shopping at longs for 40 years), while we were there, not one person asked if we needed any help. NOT a terrible visit, BUT darn sure NOT what it used to be

Rented tuxes for prom from them back when I was in highschool, and now ordered a suit jacket for business and pleasure purposes and the staff was friendly back then and still continue to be to this day, great place to shop!
