My husband was so excited to try the Beyond meat plant-based sausage, at Pizza Hut. We went vegetarian a year ago for health reasons, so it’s a fun time to explore. I put in our order online at 5:30...but we didn’t get to eat our dinner until 7:30. The online ordering system didn’t allow me to modify my gluten-free veggie lovers pizza (no cheese, add Beyond sausage, etc.), so I called what I thought was the store. I requested that they add Beyond sausage to my gluten-free pizza, but they refused, We were happy to pay the up charge, but they said it only came on large pizzas. I said to charge us for a large, but they refused that idea. What kind of business model is this?! LOL It eventually went all the way up the chain from call center, to the supervisor, to the store manager. After arguing with me for a half hour about how the call center was also unable to reach the store or adjust our order, we drove passed several Pizza Hut locations to one of two stores in the metro that offered Beyond meat and gluten free crust. When we got there, they had to remake mine (but not without burning the crust). Don’t let Pizza Hut ruin date night for you, go to Waldo Pizza. It feels better to support a local business, and actually get what you like.

Ordered stuffed cheese and pepperoni pizza and 8 wings boneless wings. Order came 40 minutes, good timing . But pizza was cheese not pepperoni, we ate it but not has good if it was pepperoni. Three out of eight wings undercooked, little pink inside. I should know better than to keeping from pizza hut.

What a DUMP. Unprofessional staff, under-cooked food. The driver smelled of a foul odor, and was Eating something as he delivered the pizza to my door. It was repulsive.

So i placed an order for later around noon (It was 8 in the am). Needless to say i fell asleep and didn't wake up until about 4 ud83dude0f. Without me even asking they remade ALL of my food. Pizza, pasta, bread sticks, and the brownie! I was going to take and eat it how it was. These guys are AWESOME! Excellent customer service EVERYTIME! Keep up the great work guys!

I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is fantastic and the team is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we have a pleasing time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
