After trying to order online and it kept adding way too much to the total, I called to have pizza delivered. 2-Large two topping pizza's and order of Jalapeno stuffed cheese bread. This was a special Domino's Pizza was having at the time. Asked for BBQ sauce instead of marinara... got marinara... on top of that the delivery was 25 minutes later than the quoted 40 minutes and the pizza was cold. The manager said they would refund the order, yet how does this make me as a customer happy? It doesn't... Maybe knowledge that putting a pizza in the oven with the timing so that when the complete order is ready for delivery so is the driver ready to deliver right then and there. Having the pizza's sit in a warmer that doesn't work or in an air conditioned vehicle is absurd to receive as a customer. I like Domino's Pizza, yet will never order from this store again.

The same employee has delivered my order twice without wearing a mask and has attempted contact. I called the store on both occasions and they acknowledged that it's a regular issue and said they would talk to them again and nothing else. I don't trust what happens in the kitchen if this is what they're showing to customers.

My boyfriend ordered food at 7:30. Was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Keep in mind we were going to pay with cash so it wasn’t paid for. It was delivered to the wrong address and no one bothered to call to verify. We then are told it will be redelivered. They do the same thing. Same address. You’d think they’d notice the first order and stop to think hey this probably isn’t right. It’s now 10:00 and as our friend is leaving our apartment she calls to tell us the delivery driver is trying to deliver across the street. This has literally never been an issue. Consider hiring smarter navigators.

Don’t bother. Received a pizza that looked like a raccoon got into it. All broken up. The following week after 2 hours of waiting we realized we weren’t getting the order-no one showed and couldn’t get a person to complain to. They still charged us $94 and no phone call.
