Placed an order online and by the time I made it to go pick up, everything looked closed. Still pulled up to the ordering box and the helpful employees were there to check on us in the drive-thru. Sandwiches were perfect and they informed us that with Covid-19, their hours were reduced and they actually closed at 9:00 instead of 10:00. I'd appreciate if the Google results were updated. They still show open until 10:00.
This place should just close down!!! They say they are open til 10 pm. But i pulled in at 840 and no one spoke on the drive thru intercom the drive thru lights were off. I drove up to see employees just lookin at me thru the window makin sandwiches. and they still had the store sign light lit up like they open!
The close early yet it says online they close at 10pm. The young man there was extremely rude
Called to order a delivery at 9:40 in the pm. They said they stopped taking orders 10 min prior to that. Called another store that closes at the same time they were still delivering but could not not deliver to me. What is the cutoff time for delivering if you close at 10pm?
Went to this JJ today and spent over $33.00. Our order included two unwiches which bad the brownest, grossest lettuce wrap I’ve ever seen. Not one of the unwiches but both had brown all over! So nasty. I honestly am not sure I can ever stomach a lettuce wrap from JJ after seeing this. Very disappointing drive-thru experience. I did call and notify the manager of my experience and that I would be leaving this review. She asked if she could do anything but I am from out of state and I can’t even think about enjoying anything from this establishment.
