My go to location, normally great. Tonight I ordered my usual, paid my extra $1 for peanut butter and got a gross tasting smoothie nothing like my usual with no peanut butter. Waste of $9 :(
Best smoothies known to human. However... The price is high enough that their employees had better be making close to $20/hour
As others have said, the smoothies here are very good, but service seems to be incredibly lacking. My wife and I pulled up to the curb side ordering window which had a sign indicating that one should knock. We knocked, as instructed, and waited and waited and waited for someone to come to the window. It was about five minutes before someone came to take our order.nnIt was 20 minutes later that our smoothies were ready. Two other people who arrived after us ordered and picked up their smoothies before we got ours. I wasn’t at all impressed.
Friendly staff! The dining area is open now and they also have a walk up window to pick or order if you do not want to come inside. You just have to knock loudly if you go to the walk up window :)
First staff member interaction was poor. The personnel taking order was not customer friendly. Personnel handing back order was very personable
