When trying to order through the app it said my address was not in the delivery zone. I called this location to confirm and the gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and stated that an address less than a mile from me was in the zone so he would ensure they delivered to me. This was such a kind gesture as he could have just said I was out of luck and would have to carry out. I appreciated this as it felt like he went above and beyond because sure I could have driven to pick it up but the added convenience that was provided did not go unnoticed. My order arrived in a timely manner, was fresh and was correct! Will definitely be returning.
I requested 8:00 pm non-contact delivery to my car. Got there, texted as requested... they never acknowledged my text. Went inside at 8:10.. waited 10 more minutes for someone to wait on me... poor service. Pizza order was correct. Won't be back to this pizza hut again
I ordered a spinach pizza and they literally gave me a pepperoni pizza without peroni, cheese sauce and spinach not goodddd
The Rainbow Blvd. Hut has had a pretty bad rep for as long as I can remember. When they moved into a new spot about a year ago, half a block down from the previous, not much changed. They've really turned things around at this location, though. I've picked up pizza a handful of times now; staff is very nice, the counters always look clean, and the orders come out correctly and on time. They usually have security guards there. Masks are required and everything now has a sticker seal.nThey were pretty busy tonight and were running low on some things. As I waited, I overheard calls informing customers of how their orders would be adjusted and they surprised me with larger pizzas.nGive it another try, ya'll!
Great pizza and wings made it fresh while we waited very hot
