Very poor communication I placed an order with 5 topping pizza and they gave me 4 topping this is very disgusting if this how your service is never again to this places. Guys be careful while picking up the order

Exceptionally poor communication. Cancelled my order without giving me an explanation or chance to fix whatever issue they had. I called back immediately after I missed their call (within 5 seconds), and they left me on hold for over 12 minutes (I'm still on hold as I type this).nnWhile on hold, I received a message that they were unable to get ahold of me (since I was on hold) therefore they were cancelling my order. I work at a hospital. I was buying food for a coworker for his last day here. Thanks for ruining his party, Pizza Hut.

Overall the customer service was great and the food was good and I got my food fast and no kids got sick I'm happy 6 ud83cudf1f stars

I never ever write bad reviews or complain but this was the second week in a row I've had an issue with this store. I just moved to the area and called in an order last week, get to the drive through and they don't have my order. She made me drive around for 10 minutes then come back. No biggie. It happens.nTonight I order and am told an hour and a half for pickup. Odd but whatever. I show up an hour and a half later and the drive through girl says we couldn't fill your order because we are out of dough. Never again.

Last time I leave a tip. I go to the drive thru window 4 mins after my pick up time and was told there's still two minutes to go. I said no biggie, paid cash, and left a tip. The cashier left and came back and said there was a problem with the cheese sticks and had to start a new order and to park in the lot and they'd come out to tell me to pull around again when its ready. 9 mins later somebody came out and yelled for me to pull around to the window again...instead of just bringing my order with them. This is the third time in a year and a half that I tipped before getting my food only to have an issue arise that would have otherwise caused me to not tip.
