Ordered delivery through the jimmy johns app and Was told the order was delivered through the app when it was not. We Called the store to find out they had the wrong address and did not call to confirm the correct address. They told us they would re deliver to the correct house. After an hour of waiting and no delivery, we called again. No order was out for delivery. They said (again) they would re make the sandwiches and deliver them. We finally got our food after 2 hours and saw that the sandwiches had not been remade and were extremely soggy. Horrible experience with no accountability taken by the restaurant. We Will never be giving our business here again. Would recommend a different sandwich shop in the mission area.

Bread was almost like rock, was short a sub and 3 cookies, overall bad experience. I will not be going to that location again

Every time I order delivery it takes an hour and I'm a 5 minute walk away. Poor management. Either doesn't care or under staffs.

Just awful, the last several times I’ve gone here. Last time they gave me a very poorly made sandwich with 1 strip of bacon in it and this time it took them over an hour (almost an hour and a half) to deliver and I also received another poorly made sandwich.... Don’t waste your money here, the one on Metcalf is MUCH better!

I live very close from the Jimmy Johns and the last few times we have ordered for delivery it’s taken well over AN HOUR to get a simple sandwich. We call every time to see what the delay is and instantly after the call we get a “order is out for delivery” message after the call ends.nnWhy are you just sitting on orders to be made after people call to complain? And after we get a delivery message it takes another 20 minutes to get delivered?nnThis is unacceptable. Mission is not THAT busy. The Jimmy Johns near my office in OP Corporate Woods is WAY faster than this and I can promise they get 10x the amount of volume at their store. Why have a “freaky fast” delivery message if you aren’t going to uphold that? Every time we go into the store it’s fine, but your delivery option is terrible.
