I can see why they have such poor reviews. Delivery took about 40 minutes passed the quoted delivery time which was already an hour. To make it even more awesome, they were missing half of my order. It has now been an hour since they left to go back for it. When I called to ask if they had left yet because I would rather just have a refund, he said they were on the way but they take 3-4 deliveries with them. That is not the right thing to say to me right now. Good customer service principles would say you fix the error right away. I will never order delivery from this store again. Received a coupon for the inconvenience, but it matters not because I will not patron such a poorly ran establishment for mediocre corporate pizza. I still have not received the missing items...nUpdate: 3 hours after placing my order I received all of it. The chicken they forgot was burnt and the cinnamon twist had NO cinnamon. I mean seriously. What the heck? Someone just close this location; there is like 100 1 star reviews. There needs to be a negative star option.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR FOOD AND THEY WON'T HELP YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.nI waited 1.5 hours and never received my pizza. I eventually called the store and was told that my pizza had not yet been sent out for delivery but I could come pick it up myself if I wanted to. At that point I cancelled the order, but the person I spoke to didn’t even offer me a free coupon for my next order or anything like that, he just said “sorry about that” and hung up.nnETA: Omg, I can't believe I fell for this HORRIBLE store again!! I haven't tried ordering from them in probably 2 years and yet I've been waiting for my order for 1.5 hours YET AGAIN!! Best of all, no one will answer the phone in the store so I can cancel my order. DOMINO'S, WHY HAVE YOU NOT WITHDRAWN THIS FRANCHISE YET?? THEY MAKE YOU LOOK AWFUL.
This domino's has a management and communication problem (they aren't tied into corporate like many of the other locations) I ordered for an early dinner, and after waiting for a quoted 25 minute turnaround for 60 minutes, I was told my order hadn't even been put in the oven, and still wouldn't be put in the oven for 25 more minutes, 2 hours and 30 minutes after ordering, it finally arrived and was cold. Still have not heard from management regarding my order and will now go back to no longer ordering from domino's anymore.
Tried it fir the first time since the 90s. Bacon chicken ranch Sandwich was good
I love Dominos but since I moved I’ve had nothing but problems with this location. Recently it was not delivering two orders of bread sticks with the rest of my order. I called them to ask if they would bring me the rest of my order but they were very rude and refused to. Said I’d get a credit on my account for them, that was a week ago, and still no credit. I called the corporate number to report them the day after the original order but because they were independently owned, all they could do was email them, and hope they get back to me. I want my money back or the freaking breadstick. I couldn’t have any while I was pregnant and now that I’m not, it’s one of the food I’d really like to have.
