Ross was very easy to work with. He ensured we clearly understood what he would be doing and how it would be done. His communication was very good, and always spoke and explained things in ways we understood (not legalese). He kept every appointment without delay and worked around our schedules. He was very easy to talk to, and we always left our appointments feeling confident in what he was doing. We willnabsolutely seek Ross out again for any legal needs we have in the future!
