I went to get a facial today by Angela. To be honest, it was one of the best facials I’ve had in my life. She cleared my pores, did a chemical treatment, moisturized and toned...all the good stuff. Plus an amazing neck, shoulder and scalp massage. I will definitely be going back here for another facial.
Everyone needs to get a facial from Angela! She’s such a sweet person and gave me the best facial! My skin looks so much better! Def will go back
Poor customer service and response rate. I would take my business elsewhere! I requested an available date and did not get a response so I went online to schedule and the appointment was declined with a response she was booked until 2:00 so I went back online and tried to schedule that day at 2:00, when she said she wasn't booked. I am not sure how that is insisting I get in, to me it was just an attempt to schedule an appointment. I would have been happy to schedule at any time. I only requested an appointment be scheduled which is why my review said poor customer service and response rate. I have it all documented if you would like to see. I found 2 very cordial and responsive electrologists.
Angela was incredibly personable and talked me through what was going on with it being my first facial. My face feels amazing and I look forward to continuing to see her in the future. I highly recommend her services. Thanks again!
I visited on 11/19 2019 I couldn't have had a better visit. From the start as soon as I made my appointment online I received confirmation via text and email that night and then the next day as well that my appointment had been set. On the day of my appointment I received a reminder and also got instructions from Angela on how to get to the location and how to notify her upon my arrival.nI arrived Angela was very welcoming, while straight to the point and informative this all made me feel very comfortable she guided me through the process.nAn added bonus Angela is so lively she entertained me the entire timenwe talked and laughed all of this helped me to relax by the end of the visit all of my nerves had melted away.nI highly recommend this businessnAngela I give you⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all across the board.
