Audrey did a beautiful cut, as always, but she had to do it with dry hair and working around a mask. The salon was so clean and I felt totally safe. The door was opened for me so I didn’t even need to touch the handle. I hardly saw another soul because the stations were spaced so far apart. Highly recommend Audrey and Lumine salon. What I love about Audrey is she spends time asking questions and accessing how the cut behaved the time preceding, before she does anything else. My hair always comes out looking healthy and well shaped.
I've been a client of Lumine for YEARS. The atmosphere is calming and clean, the team of stylists are not only talented but they're always kind, and I love that I am supporting a small business by being a client. It's obvious that Nancy has given a great deal of time and energy into creating Lumine and hiring the most talented stylists, but the best part is how I leave after every service - it's always a great haircut and color, but I also leave with a renewed sense of self love. (Erin is my main stylist but I've seen many others for one reason or another - you can't go wrong, they're all amazing.)
Definitely not worth $300. While I loved the environment and my stylist, the result ended up neon and rubbery. While trying to address the situation, the manager was nothing but rude and accusatory that I caused this. Obviously it didn’t happen on purpose and the stylist I used is very good - but my hair turned out orange, rubbery, and my scalp hasn’t stopped burning from where the orange is (it’s been three days). I guess what I’m saying is - avoid the manager: customer service needs a ton of work.
Richard is amazing! Always knows exactly how to get the look I want. He really cares about getting you what you want, and he doesn’t rush it. Also does a fantastic head massage when washing your hair. Love him!
I had a fantastic experience with Morgan. She listen to my concerns and addressed each one of them. Most importantly, she showed me how to use the products and tools at home so that I will continue to have great results. She also graciously listened to stories, and looked at pics, of my dog, so I really appreciated that! This is what an appointment with your stylist should be!! Thank you!!!
