Thank you Ollie and KB Complete! We just got this home back from a difficult renter who left it in a mess. We needed to make sure we had our furnace and air conditioner up to date and working properly before we sell. Ollie spent time making sure everything was working well. We had 3 companies come so bids for a new furnace, humidifier, and air scrubber. The salesman, Dillon was great. I accidentally scheduled two bids at the same time and Dillon was gracious to reschedule later in the week. When he came to look at our equipment the process was relatively quick (compared with another company that took 3 hours!). He listened to what we needed/ wanted and did not try to sell us extra stuff or a higher grade furnace that wasn't really needed in our home. They got us in with in a week of when we signed the contract, and we're prompt and professional with the install. To top it off, today when I got home from work there was a thank you gift of a box of fresh baked cookies and a couple coffee mugs to go with them. I will share the cookies since I am gluten free, but it was such a wonderful surprise. I would hire KB again in a heartbeat.

We have a service contract with KB Complete so they come out and make sure our furnace and air conditioner are running at top performance every season. Jeremy and all of the guys that were at our house went beyond the call of duty. They gave very helpful advise and explained everything they did. All of the guys were friendly and respectful of our home. It took a long time to get everything done, but we had a big job to be completed. We are so happy with the new Halo 5 that was installed and the new hot water heater. Thank you KB Complete for the prompt and professional services you provided. We also had work done recently by Nick. We are always pleased by the professional work done by KB Complete.nOn Oct 6, 2020, Chris came out and repaired a gas pipe that was leaking. KB Complete has been professional and friendly each and every time we have called them. I highly recommend them. Great job guys.
