Rozbody Fit's head trainer Rebeca is incredible. She really works with you where ever you are. Its always great to know that each workout session with her is made specifically for me. For that to work though you have to be very communicative about what results you are looking for. The whole program puts more than just my physical health into perspective. Her meal plans work when you work with them! She makes it easy to lose weight and not feel like I'm eating rabbit food. I manage my eating habits better, I'm motivated to work out harder, but I'm also relieving stress. She makes you feel like you can talk about anything without judgement. She turns your stress into motivation to do better. My results so far have been great and steady. And my new found love for the gym and for exercise is really one of my favorite results because I feel so comfortable and like its my happy place. She is so easy to be around too, she is really high energy and makes you feel super pumped to be there. It is part of what makes you want to come back every time. Thank you so much, Rebeca!
