My college memories of this place are many!
4.5 stars. One of my new favorite fast food taco places. Before you go just know the food will take about 5 minutes to be ready after ordering. This is because they really do make each order fresh for you when you order it. So far I've had the pork nachos and the beef tacos. I would highly recommend both. The apple empanadas are also a spectacular dessert
We just moved to Hays 4 months ago. Just tried this place last night for the first time. Not only was delivery fast but the food was great. The meat is seasoned amazingly. Have tried 3 other places before trying them for similar food. This is by far the best.nGuess whats for supper again tonight? Yep, Taco Shop!!!

American Mexican for sure. Not authentic in any means. A local favorite but definitely not something I recommend to non locals unless they are 100% aware it's the most americanized Mexican they will probably ever have.
