Hibbett Sports

I had a really good experience today at the store. It was right before closing too. All employees helped me find the 4 things I was after and did it with a smile. Thats hard to find. Hibbett sports has a customer for life.

Management need to be a little more professional.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. We came in looking for track shoes and soccer shoes for both of my children. The girl and the guy that were working were too involved in their own conversation about their hair but I had to interrupt their conversation to get their attention to get a shoe size. I then tried to continue my conversation to the guy and he just continue to walk off and not answer or listen to my question. Within needed another shoe size for my other son so again I had to walk over and interrupt as we were checking out I did notice that the girl was too busy picking her sits in the mirror on the pillar to help us or anybody else that was in the store. I would go somewhere else to get these items however Hays does not have any other store that sells track shoes or soccer shoes so I’m pretty limited unless I go out of town. But this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Great selection. Especially for KS.

A good and big selection of sports clothing and shoes.
