SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Based on previous visits to this Sephora, I'd give 4 stars. Today, however, Aimee definitely gave my friend and me a 5 star experience! We stopped in for a tube of concealer and a bottle of color correcting creme, and ended up purchasing skin care products that we'd been dreaming of for a long time. We'd both given in to our skins' condition (cystic acne and dry/difficult skin respectively) long before. Aimee heard us chatting about it, and she knew SO MUCH about skin!! She was incredibly helpful, showing us and recommending fantastic skin care products, and color matched us to better concealer and skin corrector than we'd have picked out ourselves. Additionally, at no point did we feel disrespected or pressured into purchasing anything. She was very informative, and the other ladies working also stopped by to help out whenever they were able. We went in looking like two women near the end of/just out of college, so this was no special treatment, either! I highly recommend stopping in, even if it's just to look around and get a bit informed!
