Had a great experience until the associate Rachael acted like we were a inconvenience when we asked to get a size from the back. I have never seen someone roll there eyes like her. Needless to say we left with buying NOTHING ud83dude21

So my wife and I went into Vanderbilts yesterday to pick up a couple pair of jeans and a couple other items. As soon as we walk in, there are associates standing behind the counter on there phones laughing and having a great time by themselves while customers were standing there waiting for help.nnWe walk in back to where the jeans are and start looking. 2 associates walk right by us and never once ask if we need help, instead they were looking at there phones. I walk up front and ask to see Grady the manager, and to my surprise, I am informed that he is no longer there due to Vanderbilts. Well, that explains the poor customer service!! The store was perfectly fine while they had Grady managing the store. I never once saw the staff on there phones and ignoring customers like I did yesterday.nnI can say that we will probably not be going back in the store!! Walked back by the boots, and there are 2 guys in the office laughing and talking while in there phones. Both of them look at me and then look back down and completely ignore me. I kept standing there to see if either of them would ask if I needed help, but instead they both got up and walked to the back of the store. Way to go Vanderbilts!!! Horrible!!

I liked shopping there. The clerks are friendly and patient. Great prices too@

Love to shop there lots of inventory
