Doesn’t meet with you at your scheduled time we had our appointment for 6 o’clock and weren’t seen until 9:30. Then come to find out he messed something up on our taxes and there was nobody in the office to answer phone calls and nobody in the building either.

don't answer their phones and wont give honest answers on what is going on with tax returns

I have been a customer of T Montgomery Jones tax service for several years and never had an issue until this year. I sent my taxes and was told I would have them done within a couple of days. Three weeks later nothing had been touched. I ended up getting all of my stuff back and having them done elsewhere. When I called to see when they would even be submitted the response I got was they will be done when I get them done. The owner never returned phone calls and ended up firing the only good employee he had to help him. Unfortunately I won't be going back and I can't honestly recommend him to others now either after the way I was treated as a long time customer.

Tobias has done my Taxes twice now redid them when it was messed up it's been a month I have not gotten a penny of my taxes done I'm overly done.

Appointment set up, no one at the office, no call canceling. Drove from out of town, don’t appreciate having my time wasted!
