I was lucky enough to be introduced to this gym prior to COVID-19. My friend suggested we try taking a class there and I was so impressed. At the time I wasn’t looking for a gym and was committed to the gym I was at now fast forward to today Ty, Boris and Brian and every single team member at Veni Vidi Vici has went above and beyond. The moment I stepped foot in this gym I wasn’t concerned at all about the cleanliness, my health or germs. They have the system down and everything is completely separate and outlined. Now, the classes... All the coaches there are so personable. They get to know your name, they watch you train, they teach you techniques and want you to be better. My only regret that I have is I didn’t join the day I was first introduced to this amazing gym. Trust me when I say this, there is absolutely no need to go looking elsewhere. You found the gym you are looking for and don’t take my word for it. Come check it out they will impress you like they impressed me!

One of my favorite places to be....and, hands down my favorite gym! I love all the trainers & staff members. They each take the time to study and correct our form; they all have great energy, very positive, and I’ve never felt more encouraged or supported within a gym atmosphere. Even during COVID, they’ve exercised great versatility and adapted to the governor’s mandates, while still continuing to welcome us like family and protect the health and safety of their members and employees. They keep a nice variety in the workouts each day, while still pushing us individually to our greatest strength and abilities. I am so grateful to have VVV as my home-gym. My hope is that things will soon go back to how they were before, so they can have the membership and exposure that they deserve for their commitment, passion and hard work that they continue to invest into for us daily.

I dropped into VVV for a month while I was working remotely in Henderson. The whole facility, coaches and members alike, were super welcoming. The coaches were very knowledgeable and not afraid to coach me which sometimes happens with drop ins. I’ll be back to VVV anytime I have the chance.

I’ve been a member at CFVVV since June 2019 and joined after almost a year break from another box. I joined with some hesitancy as my previous experience with CrossFit was less than ideal: bad management, bad communication, bad coaches etc. To my surprise, this place is the exact opposite. The coaches are amazing and focused on everyone getting fit but doing it smart and safe. I have some old injuries that hinder certain movements but not an issue here, the coaches simply modify certain movements to ensure a good workout without causing any more issues. The facility has always been clean but since the re-opening during COVID 19 this place is beyond clean and has implemented safety functions to keep compliant with current state health requirements. Class size is limited and social distancing strictly enforced. Masks are required for entry/exit and there’s a clear path marked to control the flow: hand sanitizers are everywhere. All class members are assigned a cube (ensuring social distancing) which contains all equipment that is needed: after class not only is equipment cleaned by class members but the coaching team sanitizes all areas before the next class is allowed to enter. I feel extremely safe here and again shows the commitment of the coaches to the safety of the members. To say I love working out here is an understatement- everyone is welcoming and it’s fun getting fit!

When I first started at CFVVV, I was very nervous because I had always thought of Crossfit as being something only for a select few. I soon learned that I had nothing to worry about, as there were people of all skill levels and a variety of classes offered. The coaches at CFVVV are amazing and you truly are getting a personal training experience in a group setting. Because of my schedule, I often find myself in Brian’s class. I have been to a variety of gyms and he is one of the best trainers I have had. He is kind, compassionate, patient, and willing to help you as long as needed. He will model movements (sometimes over and over), correct form, and be your cheerleader. He is one of the biggest reasons I keep returning. The coaches all understand that people have different goals and purposes for working out and can meet the needs of all members, beginner to advanced. I am very impressed with how CFVVV has handled the quarantine situation. They have consistently offered a variety of home classes (which I hope continue for those not ready to return to the gym quite yet). Every day, six live Zoom classes are offered, each with three workout options. Additionally, they post four home workouts that can be done alone or with friends. These range in difficulty and offer options to those with and without equipment. Each day, a video is posted to show how the movements should look. It is odd, but I have been more motivated than ever to complete these workouts, only missing a few days over the last couple of months. I think a lot of it has to do with the community feel that CFVVV has, even from a distance. One of the best parts about CFVVV is that it truly is a place for people of all fitness levels. There are some members who compete in CrossFit competitions, some that have never done a workout in their life, and everything in between. A variety of classes are offered, each with optional modifications to make the workout more or less challenging. These classes include Sweat (a cardio-based workout), Build (a workout focusing on strength training), CardioX (a cardio workout using a variety of machines such as rowers and bikes), Yoga, weightlifting, and of course CrossFit. I have attended most of the classes and have enjoyed each of them. No place is perfect, but CFVVV is a place I continue to return and has taught me to enjoy fitness, which has not always been the case.
