Wow! My husband and I have been coming for about 6 weeks. The classes are 45 minutes long, but I workout WAY harder than I would alone. I love to run on the days I don't come here, but I stink at strength training. The tread classes are non-stop, but every person can still go at his/her pace. For example, you can use lighter weights and take a breather if you need to, but the environment makes you want to work your hardest. The teachers are very encouraging. They show you proper form. If you are an expert already, the classes will push you as well. I love their hot Pilates, too. It really helped with core strengthening and loosening my muscles/joints. Super friendly staff. We highly recommend FSY.

I love FSY! I’ve been coming consistently for the last three months and every class I’ve taken has been great. The instructors push you but also help make you feel like you can do everything they’re asking. I also love the app because I can schedule my classes and make sure it works with my schedule. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT BUY PRESSED JUICES FROM HERE. I just had the worst experience trying to pick up juices from here. They did not have all of the juices I ordered and usually they'll let you know if they don't have ones that you ordered but I got no notification about that. The guy that was helping me is not the normal juice guy apparently but shouldn't upper management cross-train employees so they are adequately prepared for all situations? The dude seemed super lost. He said I'd get a refund for the juices I didn't get but I highly doubt I'll ever get that money back. I will never ever come back to this disorganized business. I should have gone where I normally go to get them so lesson learned. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the extra stress that I just got home from. Buy pressed juices from the other locations but avoid this one at all costs. No, I think that this is appropriate. You advertise that you sell the juices but yet had absolutely no infrastructure set up to actually sell them. People should know that you aren't prepared at all to sell any juices. I'll leave it up here, thanks.
