Update: I ended up giving the membership a shot and cancelled after the 3 month minimum. The employees have not been friendly to me and I do not have a positive experience when I visit this gym.
Original: Had a bad experience with rude staff during the night shift which caused me to change my mind about a starting a monthly membership. Management did their best to make it right and apologize.
Clean gym, great staff. Awesome gym for beginners and advanced climbers. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful
I love climbing here, the routes are fun and creative, nothing above a 5.12. the only downside is the music is terrible everytime
They have everything you need to be a super strong climber and cross training too! They have bouldering, auto belay top rope, lead climbing, weights and cardio machines, hangboards, treadwalls, training walls, a physical therapy area, yoga studio, slackline, ping pong, corn hole, and a lounge. What more could you ask for?
Nice facility but staff are not nice people & the vibe is terrible. Not welcoming/inclusive. More of a cliquey/snobby crowd of gym climbers. Did not enjoy climbing here & other climbers in the outdoor community say the same.
