A fabulous studio with superb, knowledgeable, friendly, super certified and concerned instructors! They changed my life, bringing me from a state where I was slumping, weak, joint and back pain-ridden to a more balanced and conditioned form. Not bad for a 60-year old guy! Instructors always have time to counsel and advise on proper techniques and living solutions. Other clients reflect multiple age brackets and are so very friendly and respectful. Truly a nice bunch of folks. The studio is maintained impecably. Just a lovely place I always enjoy going to!
I have taken from all the teachers here and each one of them is truly amazing and has their own unique style of teaching. Being a certified pilates teacher myself I can say that the quality of the classes is top notch
I loved my class yesterday at 11 with Lazelle. I can't believe how soar I am today. That machine makes me feel like I'm not working as hard as I am!! Oh My stomach muscles ache in a good way!!
Every visit is an experience! Some days I go in with an ache or soreness but always I leave renewed and refreshed!! After nearly two years attending a different class 5 days a week, I am never bored. Thanks to all the knowledgeable & professional instructors who are always ready with a smile and a cheerful attitude.
