Google thinks I've went there & I haven't. It looks nice in the pictures & I like yoga. 5🌟

I am so happy that EVOLUTION is open again & we are able to practice yoga & other group classes. I also want to say with the new guidelines & fitness establishments being limited on class size, I am happy they may not be a popular place in town (even though they are the best with an amazing vibe, awesome instructors & most beautiful space), because I have been able to get in to class with no issue, & practice yoga & social distancing with no problem. Another thing I LOVED before is it was & still is the cleanest studio; & now they are really taking thing to another level with keeping the space super sanitary & safe for all of us that practice there. I really hope the city pulls through all of this, & I am able to continue going to the "House of LOVE" for years to come, because I really feel welcome & at home there & not just a membership #..

I’ve been going here for 5 months now - it started out fantastic unfortunately it has GONE DOWN THE TUBES. I was seriously in love with the studio and instructors. Upon joining I had just moved here so it was a great community to be immersed in being new to town. Shawn, Juliet, and Stacy all kept me motivated and inspired. All three no longer work here?! What is happening?? The studio is now overpopulated with newbies from the studios teacher training (everyone has to start somewhere but its nice to have seasoned/smooth instructors sometimes). The class sizes are shrinking, classes are being cancelled and removed, and the high quality instructors are either all leaving or being fired? I’m not sure what the owner is thinking? I see a huge negative shift in the studio over the past month for the worse. I hope Celine and Vivian stick it out here... It may be time for another studio soon. If you are considering this studio, don't get attached to the staff. It seems like they know how to get rid of their best, probably to make an extra dime.

Evolution Yoga is a very nice place to work out. When I first started 2 years ago, I tried different classes to find the right class for me and then I attended Vivian Taylor’s class. I was hooked. I love Vivian’s way of teaching. Professional and yet fun at the same time. Vivian’s personality is amazing and shows that she cares about her students. Vivian rocks!

HOT PILATES WITH VIVIAN TAYLOR! I can honestly say that from the moment I stepped into Evolution Yoga I felt at home. I have tried many fitness classes at big name gyms, but I always left feeling disappointed and out of place. I always felt like I wasn’t strong enough or wearing enough of the latest and greatest fitness attire. I felt like the professionals were talking at me and I couldn’t keep up. Since coming to Evolution Yoga my entire outlook on myself has changed and I feel like a huge part of that is because of Vivian’s classes. Before each class, she welcomes everyone (both new and old timers) and reminds us to set the intention of our class. She reminds everyone to go at their own speed. I can hear her in my head saying, “Listen to your body, slow down if you need to, this is YOUR class.” As I said before, I’ve been to other big name gyms and the feeling always felt generic and forced. Vivian truly means what she says and it feels heartfelt and intentional. Throughout the class, she will walk around and take the time to fix incorrect form so that we don’t get hurt. When she isn’t doing that, she is doing the exercises with us and giving us encouragement along the way. She taught me to love the journey and appreciate the process. For the first time, I have consistently stuck to a “gym routine” because I have realized I don’t have to lift 50lbs to have defined arms and that less reps and better form is more important. A few weeks back, I was really sick with the flu and missed a few classes. Out of the blue, Vivian texted me to check in and see how I was doing. I don’t know many instructors or gyms that show true genuine care for their clientele. Side note: If you’re worried about taking a hot class, let me put to rest some of your concerns. I can attest to temperatures at other gyms being in the 100s. No one can efficiently workout when they are starving for air. Vivian never sets the heat higher than about 90 because it doesn’t need to be 100+ for you to get the benefits of a hot class. She always mentions that the heat is set just enough to get our body warmed up but not too much that it affects our ability to workout. Drink plenty of water and make sure that you have had something adequate to eat before and you will be fine! As Vivian would say, if anything you can just sit there and enjoy the sauna!
