I used to go to Orange theory fitness before and it has been a while so I wanted to look for something similar.
I really enjoyed the workout here. I am a regular now.
My first day was awesome! Cassi was very nice in welcoming me. Molly, Michelle and Rachel are all wonderful. Haven't met the other employees but I'm sure they're just as great! Nice area and great people! First time trying out work out classes in a group and it's very motivating. Thank you ladies for the warm welcome!!!
I love Pure Barre Henderson. The instructors are so friendly and encouraging. The environment is fun and has a family feel. The workouts are tough but for all fitness levels. I highly recommend!
I recently moved from Las Vegas to Henderson and had to switch studios. All of the girls in Henderson made me feel so welcomed. It had been awhile since I attended a class and I was happy to see how the routines switch up often and are always challenging. I also just tried my first Empower class. Empower is a cardio class that kicked my butt. I know that with 4-5 classes a week including empower I will reach my results. Iām happy to have the awesome staff at Henderson to motivate and encourage me along the way. My first week back and I feel better already.
