Bath & Body Works

Very agitated with this branch. I have worked at B&B works in the past as a seasonal employee so I think I know how the coupons work. I had an employee tell me I couldn’t use my “free body care product up to a value of $14.50” coupon on a body care item that was $7.50. She said it had to be the large size and equal $14.50. Hand lotion is considered a body care item. Very frustrating I even had to explain this. I ended up just leaving and not using my coupon for my free body care item. Very annoyed.

This is one of the best organized Bath and Body works I've been to.

Love this place and the employees are great and helpful

Love that they still limit traffic in the store.

Can always find what I want for a friend!
