Always find what I'm looking for at Party America! Great selection of balloons too! The folks that work at this store are so helpful, especially Sarah! I needed a copy of a receipt I'd misplaced for my expense report & she found it and emailed it over within 15 minutes of my leaving the store.

Friendly staff, clean organized. Everyone was wearing masks.

Location has moved behind Texas Road House. Very clean, covid safe store.

I had a very tragic experience, a new employee didn’t know how to tie a balloon and my $14 3-d elephant balloon came off the string and blew away! The employee didn’t seem to care and it was their last one. Overall I think a person working at a party supplier should know how to tie a ballon!!!

We live 1.5 hours south of Lawrence . So glad we found this store. We no longer have to drive on up to the city. They have always had everything we have needed and everyone is so nice and willing to help find what you are looking for. ❤ Thank you Party America
