I absolutely love F45 Training ! You are sure to get a great workout in! Definitely worth it! They have a good selection of times to come in and the trainers are really about their business , motivating yet fun! I would highly recommend this place to any one! F45 is such a great workout! The trainers really push you and challenge you with difficult variations and heavier weights. They really take their time going over pre and post workout tips. It’s a plus that the studio is clean and everyone including staff and members are so nice! Come workout, you won’t regret it!!
Just completed my 5th class and love it! The classes are kept to only 9 people currently, and you can choose the equipment for your workout (each station is different.)It is challenging and you have to push yourself to finish the class, and is hard to believe the class is 45 min because the time flys by! I have been wearing my Polar HR chest strap and burn between 600-800 calories per class (bigger guy, but still!). Each of the staff been very friendly and motivating. Love this place.
Great atmosphere - Clean place and awesome instructors that push you to give your best every workout! DJ's jamming on Saturdays to hype the classes up!
