Appointment right on time, specialist (Fitz) provided estimate of fees, carefully went over my forms,etc. and went to work. She made me feel important and praised me for my being organized. Everything completed efficiently and she offered me several options to pay IRS and state taxes and we had it all wrapped up very quickly. I'm pleased.
