We used SS&C for the past four years for both our small business and our personal returns. Initially, we were pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of our tax preparer and the SS&C team. The past two years, we have experienced mistakes to our returns, and unresponsive and poor quality communication. During this time our business return prep has doubled in cost. Our concerns have been met with avoidance and deferring to other team members, lacking professional and timely communication. Heads up!
